Forsyth Milestones Pediatric Physical Therapy began as a way to provide timely intervention during those critical early months of development, prioritizing the baby and parent experience while providing personalized, family-centered treatment plans to fit your unique baby's needs.  We also hope to contribute to educating the community on the importance of early intervention.  At Forsyth Milestones, we specialize in infant development, and only treat patients from birth to  first steps.  We believe a whole-body approach is essential to evaluation and treatment of infants,  and we incorporate bodywork, infant massage, and education to empower parents and foster a strong parent-baby bond.

Hi! I'm Dr. Stacy McGrady, PT, DPT, pediatric physical therapist and owner of Forsyth Milestones Pediatric Physical Therapy.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007, followed by my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2013.  I've spent most of my life in North Carolina, and called Winston-Salem home since 2014.  I'm a mom of three girls, and a Great Pyrenees named Elsa.

I have always loved working with children, and spent my career focusing on pediatrics in outpatient clinics and in the early intervention setting.  My background as a pediatric physical therapist combined with my experience as a mom has led to my love of working with babies.  I am especially passionate about supporting infants experiencing torticollis, plageiocephaly, and gross motor delay.  Babies should have the opportunity to feel good in their bodies so they can move, poop, play, and sleep better.  I want all parents, both first time and experienced, to feel supported in working with their baby to ease milestone anxiety.
